UK Delivery 

FREE Standard Delivery over £75.00

To best serve our customers we offer the following guidelines:

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail:

    • Royal Mail Tracked Delivery – Order Value Over £75.00: Free (2-5 Working Days)
    • Royal Mail Tracked Delivery – Order Value £40.00 - £75.00: £3.99 (2-5 Working Days)
    • Royal Mail Tracked Delivery – Order Value Under £40.00: £4.99 (2-5 Working Days)

All orders are processed Monday - Friday until 2pm. We will do our very best to ensure all orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the very same day with our delivery partner, Royal Mail. Orders placed after 2pm, or over the weekend, will be processed the next working day.

All orders are sent using a Royal Mail Tracked Service, which provides you with delivery updates via email and/or text messages. Our standard delivery service is estimated between 2-5 working days. 

A signature will be required for all tracked services; if you are not home a card should be left by Royal Mail, allowing you to rearrange delivery or to collect your parcel from your local post office.


International Delivery
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any international deliveries at the moment.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so we offer a no-hassle return policy.


We understand that sometimes items ordered online aren’t always suitable, therefore you want your money back. As long as the item(s) being returned is in its original condition. We will accept returns subject to the rules below. This includes fair use.


Items must be returned to us within 28 days of the date you receive your order. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


We aim to process your refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned item(s).


We cannot accept returns for unwanted items outside of this time frame.



All items being returned are your responsibility until they arrive back with us. Please make sure they are packed properly and can’t get damaged on their way. As the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you get proof of postage. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we recommend using a Royal Mail tracked service. 

Original Condition & Fair Use

We understand that you need to try on items you’ve bought online, however please don’t wear them for longer than that. If we receive a damaged item or suspect it has been worn for longer then we won't be able to give you a refund and may have to send it back to you.

All items are inspected on return. We can only offer a refund if the goods are in perfect condition, unwashed and all tags are intact and attached. This includes shoes, which should be sent back in their original shoe box.


Some items can not be refunded due to safety and hygiene. These include:

  • Swimwear
  • Underwear


Unless they are faulty, in which case the normal returns procedures apply.


How to return your item(s) to us

  1. Complete the returns form included in your parcel. (This is also attached to your despatch email) Do not stick the returns form to any products or packaging, this can cause damage to the item(s) and we may not be able to refund your order. Please ensure your order number is included on the form, without it we will not be able locate your order to process a refund.
  2. Re-package your item(s), with the original packaging and labels attached. Pop your returns form into the parcel and ensure the parcel is sealed well.

  1. Please arrange your return via a tracked service, Ensure you get proof of postage.
 4. Once your item(s) has arrived back with us please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

    If the refund period has expired, please call us on 01874 420 560 to discuss your options. 


    Shortages: Please note all shortages or delivery errors must be notified to us within 10 working days from the date the order was placed. Failure to notify us may result in Country Edit being unable to rectify the problem.

    Faulty Goods: Should you find that your item is faulty/damaged, you will have 28 days (including working days and weekends) to return the item for either an exchange or full refund. Please contact us to discuss the fault and we will issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Please note in some cases items will need to be inspected or sent to the manufacturer before a refund can be processed.

    Free Gifts: During promotions you may have received a free gift(s) with your purchase. You may wish to return an item that you bought at the time of receiving the free gift. If the return of this item would take the value of the sale to below the threshold for the free gift, you must also return the free gift before your refund can be processed.

    Exchanges: We no longer offer exchanges. If your order is no longer suitable you can return your items using our returns process. If you need an item in a different size or colour, simply place a new order on our website.

    All returned items will be refunded within the timeframe set out in our returns policy once they arrive back at our warehouse.

    None of the above terms affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
